The White House COVID-19 guest welcome
Thank you for choosing to stay with us during these unusual times. Unfortunately, we can not offer our usual levels of service due to government-imposed restrictions and guidelines designed to contain the speed of coronavirus. These measures are in place to protect both you and our members of staff.
We are only able to offer a self-check-in service. On arrival, press the doorbell, and you will be let into the building remotely. You will find an envelope on the side with your name and room number on it. Inside you will find your room key, front door key and a map with parking instructions.
Please wear a face mask in all communal areas and sanitise your hands on arrival and each time you enter the building. There is an automatic hand sanitiser on the wall in reception.
When moving about the building please allow plenty of space for social distancing and give priority to guests going up the stairs.
We are not currently providing daily room service, but if you require fresh towels or any other additional items please let us know.
On departure please leave your keys in the box provided in reception.
