Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required. A pre-authorisation will be carried out prior to arrival for all applicable bookings, with full payment taken 24 hours before check-in or once the booking falls within the cancellation period.

For all non-refundable offers, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. All charges will be processed in GBP (£)

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show will result in a charge for the full stay.
  • Non-refundable bookings remain non-transferable by default and are subject to our discretion.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

White House Brighton ensures rooms are prepared to the highest standard prior to your arrival. If anything does not meet your expectations, please inform us immediately, and we will rectify it.

  • Housekeeping Service: There is no daily housekeeping service unless the “top-up” sign is placed outside your door.
  • Linen & Towels: For stays under five nights, linen will only be changed upon request. If you require fresh towels, please leave used ones on the bathroom floor. However, we encourage guests to consider the environment and only request changes when necessary.
  • Room Condition: Guests are expected to leave rooms in a reasonable state upon departure. If a room is left in an unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning costs may apply. In cases where the room is deemed unfit for occupation, guests may be liable for compensation for lost revenue, in addition to cleaning and repair costs, including any smoke damage.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room and its contents. Should any damage be discovered after departure, we will notify the guest via email within 48 hours, providing a detailed breakdown of applicable charges, including photographic evidence where possible.

CCTV & Security

CCTV cameras are in operation around our properties for crime prevention, security monitoring, and property protection. Footage may be recorded and processed during your stay.

Personal Data & Privacy

We collect personal data to verify your identity and fulfil our contract with you. Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
