Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required. A pre-authorisation will be carried out prior to arrival for all applicable bookings, with full payment taken 24 hours before check-in or once the booking falls within the cancellation period.
For all non-refundable offers, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. All charges will be processed in GBP (£)
Cancellation Policy
Cleaning & Housekeeping
White House Brighton ensures rooms are prepared to the highest standard prior to your arrival. If anything does not meet your expectations, please inform us immediately, and we will rectify it.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room and its contents. Should any damage be discovered after departure, we will notify the guest via email within 48 hours, providing a detailed breakdown of applicable charges, including photographic evidence where possible.
CCTV & Security
CCTV cameras are in operation around our properties for crime prevention, security monitoring, and property protection. Footage may be recorded and processed during your stay.
Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal data to verify your identity and fulfil our contract with you. Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
